Before a batch begins
If you cancel your enrolment before your batch starts, you may be eligible for a refund of the fees paid, less any non-refundable registration charges.
After a batch begins
- Refund eligibility reduces once training has commenced, based on the portion of the course delivered.
- No refund is available after a defined cut-off point in the program, which will be communicated at enrolment.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing at info@saasintelli.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
